3. Student Responsibility

- Students must disclose any previous visa rejections or academic backlogs during the counseling process.
- It is the student’s duty to apply for passports, entrance exams (if applicable), and prepare required financial documents for visa applications.
4. Application Processing
- GenNext assists in the preparation and submission of applications; however, final decisions rest with the universities and visa authorities.
- Application fees and any associated costs (e.g., courier, notary, translations) are borne by the student.
- Students must adhere to all deadlines communicated to them.
5. Visa Assistance
- GenNext provides guidance based on current visa regulations but does not guarantee visa approval.
- Students are responsible for attending the visa interview and presenting accurate financial and personal information.
- Any changes in visa rules or embassy processes are beyond GenNext’s control.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
- Service fees (if applicable) once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
- University application fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- In case of a visa refusal, GenNext may assist with a reapplication at its discretion.
7. Confidentiality

8. Code of Conduct
Students must:
- Maintain respectful communication with GenNext staff and university partners
- Not engage in any fraudulent activities
- Avoid submitting false documents or misrepresenting information
9. Limitation of Liability
- GenNext is not responsible for visa denials, university rejections, embassy delays, or changes in immigration laws.
- The company shall not be held liable for financial loss, emotional distress, or loss of opportunity caused by factors beyond its control.
10. Changes to Terms
GenNext Overseas Education reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
